Geninazzi – Núñez

Geninazzi – Nunez is a professional accounting firm founded in 2003 by two of its current partners, with the aim of providing consulting services in Finance, Accounting, Taxes, Laboral and Business Management.

We develop consulting services based on a dynamic conception of our clients’ needs and we work with short-, medium and long term goals.

Our commitment is to provide high value-added solutions through a depth knowledge of our clients’ business sector.
To achieve that we offer an excellence personalized service, working in teamwork adapting our tasks to the requirements of each individual client.

We work advising and getting involved in the implementation, evaluation and resolution of the advice provided.

Partners

Cr. Ernesto Geninazzi

Partner co-founder

  • Public Accountant, graduated from the Republic’s University of Uruguay in 1998.
  • He worked for five years in the audit department of Price Waterhouse and Carriquiry Dovat Studio.
  • Later joined Citibank where he worked for seven years, retiring as a manager in Corporative Bank’s area.
  • He worked as a Professor of Business Finance, in the Economics and Administration University of Uruguay.
  • He is currently the managing partner of Geninazzi – Nuñez Public Accountants and a member of SERFIN, a company which provides financial services to local businesses.
  • He talks English and Italian fluently.

Cr. Andrés Núñez

Partner co-founder

  • Public Accountant, graduated from the Republic’s University of Uruguay in 1999.
  • He worked for two years in the audit department and the tax advisory department of Deloitte.
  • Later joined Citibank where he worked for six years, retiring as assistant manager in Corporative Bank’s area.
  • He is currently the managing partner of Geninazzi – Nuñez Public Accountants and a member of SERFIN, a company which provides financial services to local businesses.

Cra. Meli Tiscordio

  • Public Accountant, graduated from the Republic’s University of Uruguay in 2007.
  • She worked for two years in the audit department of Deloitte.
  • Later, in 2006 she joined Geninazzi – Nunez Public Accountants.
  • She teaches Cost Accounting since 2010 at Republic’s University, Faculty of Economics and Administration.
  • She is currently pursuing postgraduate studies in Business Management and Costs issued by the Republic’s University, Faculty of Economics and Administration.
  • She speaks English fluently. Level: Certificate of Proficiency in English.

Our Team

Our teams are always led by one or more of the partners, with the collaboration of the following staff:

  • Seven experienced accountants.
  • Five students of economics career.
  • A lawyer.
  • Two assistant secretaries.

Within our staff of professional accountants we have a tax area manager:

Cr. Daniel Aguirre.

  • Public Accountant, graduated from the Republic’s University of Uruguay in 2001.
  • He worked for 15 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Tax Department, serving the last six years as manager of it.
  • Later he joined Geninazzi – Nunez Public Accountants as Manager of its Tax Department.
  • He teaches at the Catholic University of Uruguay and Republic’s University in the Department of Technical and Tax Legislation in both universities.
